The Downstate Illinois Laborers’ District Council Scholarship Fund awards scholarships to help fill the financial need of our children in pursuing educational opportunities at accredited colleges, universities, and technical institutions.
Eligible Applicants:
The scholarships are available to college students whose parents, legal guardians or who themselves are a member in good standing of the Downstate Illinois Laborers’ District Council.
Applicants must be enrolled full time in an accredited college, university, or technical institution and provide proof of enrollment.
High school graduating applicants must provide transcripts for the past 4 years. College students must maintain at least a 2.6 cumulative grade point average for the school and provide transcripts for the previous year.
